"If you can imagine what The Killers would sound like fronted by a girl, swirled in with a band who are more akin to a hyperactive Rentals, then you get somewhere close to describing This Machine Is Me. The band crosses playfully back and forth over the lines that separate pop, rock and electronic music with lead singer Jayna Doyle ferociously leading the way." - J. Cataldo, Free Times

Erika Blatnik (vocals), Zach Irvin (drums), Robby Hartis (bass/vocals), Craig Friday (guitar/vocals), Andre Francois (guitar).
"Whether your style leans toward foot-stompin' country-rock, finger-snapping jazz or heavier head-nodding hooks, The Lights Fluorescent get our vote for Most Likely to Succeed Beyond the Regional Scene. We say catch the impressive live shows while you can. Their sound features powerful female vocals, layered, often heavy, guitar melodies, and hooks. When Blatnik and Hartis share vocals, the vibe is reminiscent of emo-rock trio Rainer Maria." - Courtney Devores The Charlotte Observer

Ruby Blue and The Isnauts - "After flunking out of the Russian space program we decided to come to America to become rock stars. The band formed in February 2009. We are new and shiny and ready to play some music for the people of Columbia. We are hoping to get some more songs up and start playing shows sometime in June. Thank you for taking the time to check us out!"
